Hey, I'm a newbie here, kinda new to the NCIS world - I used to be a diehard Stargate Atlantis fan before it got cancelled (still diehard but no new eps anymore :( ) and then I read a crossover fanfic with SGA and NCIS and got hooked on NCIS, and now I'm obsessed with NCIS!
So I was looking around for a 2010 NCIS Wall calendar and there's none!! And now I'm making my own - so does anyone know of any sites where there are good HD shots from the show? Screencaps, wallpapers, etc. Oh, and I mostly want Tony pics :p

Faith is a well chosen title, if Abby will prefer to stay in LA then she will not be faitful to NCIS. Is Brennan moving some of the NCIS cast to his new born show? I will be very much annoyed.

he called him "timmy" in truth and consequence when they got out jeep and were caught by bad guys. He called him tim in reunion when he worked out how cop had burn phone. they keep sneaking them in, love the mcsniper mcqueen etc ones though. wonder how many michael and sean come up with themselves.

After reading the synopsis , I think it could be a McGee episode . With all those young computer nerds , Tim will be in his world . To him it will be as he were at Disney Land !
I can't wait to see Tony and Gibbs' faces ! They are not "computer guys" , definitely !

WOW!! i relly wish that she didnt get kille. you can tell from the start that there is something between them. i know gibbs has rules but i think they would have ended up togeathr in season 3 or 4 if she didnt die. they just "clicked". he was very protective of her and also cared for her more than enyone else. she may have reminded him of his wife, shannon or daughter, kelly. she was a great person and they really had something special.

Agree with you,courts_6_gibbs! I usually am very difficult,considering ships-I don't have that much,because the writters usually screw up the relationship ,when they bring the couple together-and I was afraid they will treat Kate and Gibbs that way.I was wrong.I tryed really hard not to be fond of them,because I knew they will end badly-but I had no idea it will be that kind of end,when they killed Kate.

M, W, H. My guess is that M means Middle as in between personal and work related. W means work, because FBI is definetly work related. I'll guess H means home? Anybody else have ideas?

Have you seen the new Bones episode: The Foot in the Foreclosure??? Telecast in the USA November 19.
Here we first meet Seeley Booth's grandfather Hank. Shocker!!! He is Gibbs' father (played by Ralph Waite).
So there must be another son, who is Gibbs' unknown brother. This brother fathered Seeley Booth.
Besides the lack of mention of this brother, there is another sign of a secret or second life. Gibbs' father is called Jackson, while Booth's grandfather is Hank.
What do you all think of this?

Haha, that would be funny, a cross-network cross-over, LOL. I guess Ralph Waite is just looking for more acting work.
It is weird to see an actor in a different show than what you're used to I keep seeing the previews for that new USA show "Men of a Certain Age", and, to me, Ray Romano will always be "Raymond", and Scott Bakula will always be "Sam" (from "Quantum Leap").

I checked 7.10 Faith yesterday, and it said the airdate was 15th December (which would leave a three-week hiatus between 7.09 Child's Play and 7.10) but it appears that today they've taken off the date and now it's just blank. Does anyone know when it's meant to air, and whether there IS going to be a three week gap (if there is, then *cry*)? Thanks.

After 6.17 South by Southwest on December 1, we get 6.21 Toxic on December 8, and then we have to wait until December 15 to get the new episode 7.10 Faith! Oh, now I'm going to have to TRY NOT TO SAD! The Winter Olympics aren't until February, the World Series is over -- perhaps the three-week break is for the benefit of the cast and crew? In that event, well deserved and good for them (bad for us).

Try as I might, I just cannot watch 2.16 "Pop Life" any more. I didn't know who Mya was before this episode and the girl can sing, but sadly I don't think she can act very well. When confronted at the end by Gibbs, her expression does not change. When her father dies, same thing. The storyline itself was good (not great), the eye candy for men was annoying but still tolerable ... it's Mya's lack of acting skills which still really bothers me. If you're a Mya fan, I'm sorry, but I'm not.

This sort of grew out of a conversation I was having with a friend. I'm a Ziva fan, despite the recent "speed bumps" on the show, if you will. She started talking about why she hated Ziva, and how she was an very unrealistic Mary Sue character (much more so than Abby, who you know is deiberatey exaggerated for TV) ruining the integrity and dynamic of the show, and Tiva was a contrived relationship that was gonna be the last nail in the coffin for NCIS.
She's not entiely alone in thinking that either, I'd imagine.
So, of course, I'm taking it to the boards. I'm curious as to why people may not enjoy Ziva's character, or find her damaging to the team dynamic. Yeah, i can think of a few moments in late S6 I wasn't realy feeling it, but in S7, that's being cleaned up.
I don't meant this at all to be a bashing thread for either Ziva or Cote, SO PLEASE DON'T TURN IT INTO ONE. I just want to read why people are off the Ziva bandwagon when I always thought she was a wildy popuar character (ahem, that may just be my fan-ness talking). I'm looking forward to the comments. =)

I'm not sure why there are so many Ziva haters ... especially on the CBS boards, which I no longer look at. So much drama and all for naught. The Ziva haters seem to want Kate to magically return from the dead. They also want Jenny's death to be a conspiracy/cover-up/fake so that they can get rid of Leon as director. No, I just don't get it.
Ziva is a terrific character. She is unique in her background and abilities. I can't think of any past or current character on any other show who is anything like Ziva. I also think that Leon's character keeps us wanting to know more about who he really is. It's all good!

Even though I am a Tiva shipper, I actually liked Jeanne. She was a good character who added more depth to the show. When Jeanne first appeared on the show, I was kind of peeved, because I had been expecting a Tiva hook-up, but as time went by, I started to like her even more. It's sad now that she has left the show, you could tell Tony was really in love with her. What is your opinion on Jeanne?
P.S. I don't mind an "I disliked Jeanne" post, but please, save the "I H8 JEANNE SHE STOLE TONY!" rants all of the other posts dedicated to that.

Yes, I liked Jeanne a lot too (and also am more for than against Tiva); she brought out a nicer side to Tony that viewers had only seen in glimpses before. But after she accused Tony of killing her father I was pretty appalled. While I can understand why she hated Tony, I was shocked that she would fabricate an entire story to implicate him in her father's murder. Still, I guess this way the writers shut down that story, pretty much once and for all.

"The hotest I've known here is about 115 degrees F, ans at that temperature, dont't ask me any physical efforts.

In the early '70s, when my parents went to Florida for the first time,
at 70 degrees F, they were on the beach in their bathing suit, while the locals had their
"tuques" (this is what we call hats like Ziva's orange beanie).
And here, when it's 60 degrees F, a lot of immigrants from hoter countries wear winter gear
while we walk around in our t-shirts and jeans (and sometimes shorts).
I'm fortunate : I can't stand the heat, and I work in a refrigarated factory.
During the winter of 2007 - 2008, we had 13 ft of snow.
Some places get 13 cm (5"), in 24 hours and everithing stops for 3 days.
Here, the same snow fall barely slows us dows.
But here, when it's 105 degrees F, it's a great problem while1 in the southern States, it's normal.
I guess extreme wheater (hot or cold) is something we get used to.

First of all I must say that I love NCIS and most of the characters are very well written and have good actors/actresses that portraits them. However the character Ziva bugs me. All of her secrecy about Ari and Rivkin, her arrogance, her poor understanding of the english language after 5 years in the US and her obsession about Tony (especially in S4-Jeanne Benoit) just annoys me and I hope her character some day would disappear. I also really, really hope that she and Tony never hook up together, it will only destroy the group and make things weird. I really don't understand the massive fetish towards pairing up tv-couples just because they have good chemistry.
I would rather have Tony hook up with someone that isn't a agent, someone that he deserve and someone who makes him move on from Jeanne.
