• Tony needing to pee while Gibbs sips his coffee.

• Ziva ending the boys argument by saying she's always thought McGee was more handsome then Tony.

• Ducky deciding it best not to relate a story to Palmer concerning one of Gibbs' bachelor parties after Gibbs gives him a look.
  
  
• A big banner popping down with "Welcome Home Ziva", after Ziva has a tense chat with Abby
  
  
• When the NCIS agent in Ziva's place quit with a long resignation, then complaining about Tony and McGee
  
  
• Tony singing while he peed.

• Vance being blocked from getting on the elevator by Tony and McGee. He looked up, while on the phone, and said; "I love you", which caught Tony and McSidekick off-guard.

• Ziva is very thoughtful, her insight has changed, her feelings for Tony have leveled onto a friendlier surface, she has basically forgiven him
  
  
• Gibbs had a hard time accepting Ziva back into the team.
  
  
• When Ziva kissed Tony on the cheek, she said he was a cop, then instead of talking to her, he walked off more interested in the case, seemingly more interested, Tony is definitely maturing.
  
  
• Ziva was sent to kill Ari. But she accepted the mission because she wanted to protect him.
  
  
• McGee seems to have grown up. He is also bothered by being considered the "side-kick" instead of the leading man.
• Ziva tells Gibbs that he is a father figure for her.
• Gibbs' boat is gone, will he start another, or has he moved on
• Ziva's neckalace is well gone.... Saleem ripped it off in the end of season six and she hasn't replaced it.

• Valarie Rae Miller (NCIS Special Agent Bryn Fillmore) played Original Cindy in "Dark Angel" with Michael Weatherly .
