I have been DVR'ing USA networks episodes and just watched SWAK last night, by far the most intense episode i remember. Although the season 7 opener with Tony and Ziva and the rescue rates right up there.

more than likely something with gibbs. the eppisode when jenny is killed and he tells dinozzo to oversee the directors investigation.
