Can anyone help me identify the Mariachi music that we hear at the end of Hiatus (1), or in other episodes with Mike Franks and Gibbs in them? I need the name of the Artist. Thanks much for your help!

Faraness Can anyone tell me the name and artist of this song? 0 May 21 2008, 11:09 PM EDT by Faraness

I cannot remember the episode but I believe it was on the third or fourth season. Abby was listening to it while she processed a car. Ziva and Tony arrive out of the elevator to check her progress. I believe a woman is singing the song. I am sorry about the vagueness, but if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.
