Well, I was intrigued by something I read from whomever posted the page that Vance shredded in Part 2. It said he was an Embassy color guard. Embassies are all over the world. How about Paris 9 years ago? I have also thought there might be a CIA connection - I don't think they were very happy with Director Shepard.

When they found the body of La Grenouille, they said that the CIA was the one who put the fingerprints on the bottle. I am assuming it was to distract Jenny from pursuing La Grenouille when she was in France by sending her to Russia. I don't think La Grenouille was her father--although I do agree there's a possibility that the Russian was telling the truth and her father is still alive (something I've believed for a while). If this is true then maybe he's been working for the CIA all this time---he faked his death--and the prints were his because he did touch the bottle.

To be honest, I am confused due to a contradiction. When Abby tested the fingerprint from the bottle, she told gibbs that the the print had 8 points and not 6 (or something to that effect), so the print was NEW. Yet, when they investigated the team, they said that the CIA had "copied" and old fingerpring of J's Dad and put it on the bottle. If this is true, then where did the other 2 points come from?? If anything I wold think that it would lose points due to degredation or in the "copying" process.

ALSO, Gibbs knew the Glock was empty because he took the clip out himself before Jenny got there, to prevent her from kiling La Grenouille.

Who knows it could be Gibbs again, which wouldn't be a good thing particularly if he were to suffer concussion again. Or maybe it's Jenny - doesn't necessarily have to be the 3 Giblets
