When Abby hugged Gibbs and begged him to get the team back.Also the look on his face is very sad too.
In Bury Your Dead when Abby hugs Gibbs and says 'Please tell me it's not him, Gibbs.' And Gibbs facial expression when he says 'I wish I could, Abs.'

In Grace Period when Paula dives into the "secret door" and you see flashbacks of her team and then when Tony screams "PAULA" and the bomb goes off and Tony is leaning on the door. The look on his face made me cry! RIP paula cassidy.
I know lots of people have said "At the end of Aliyah when Gibbs get into the plane and Tony asks one short?" but for me its more specific. When Gibbs looks at Tony and he just knows she's not coming back, he tilts his head back and sighs sort of like he's saying/thinking 'What have I done?', that was sooooo sad =(
In Corporal Punishment when the marine is hurting the team in some way, even Ziva.
