I think it is unfair to classify Werth as a villian. Yes, he was on steroids, but he had good intentions. All he wanted to do was be a good Marine. I don't think it makes him a villian, just misguided.

Yeah, Werth's not a villian, but I don't think "misguided" is the appropriate word here either. After all, the boyfriend in "love and War" was misguided and he'd nowhere near Werth. i didn't think Agent Lee was a villian ether....sometimes these lines can get really blurry!

Someone needs to write up an Agent Lee section...she's definitely a bad guy, after the whole stealing information/shooting fellow officer/mysterious texting to unknown person. I would but I can't figure out how to...anyhow, it looks like she and whatever bad guys she works with are gonna be pretty major this season. They fooled Gibbs, they can fool anyone!

From watching the whole fall of Agent Lee story arc it occurs to me that we should accept Gibbs judgement that she was BOTH hero and villain. Certainly she was TECHNICALLY a bad guy, but the circumstances behind her turning to the dark side must be taken into consideration. She was a bad guy only from the time between the kidnapping of her sister to the very second she was made aware of Amandas' release, at which point she selflesly gave her life to stop the man responsible. So lumping her in with Ari and all those other bad guys strikes me a tad unfair.
Personally I'm hoping in season 7 the death of Lee, Bankston and Langer will come back to haunt them. Here's a wild idea. What if Langer figured Lee to be the mole because he'd always known she was, being part of a larger conspiracy and chosing that moment in the computer room to deliver her to Gibbs in a body bag, leaving himself and those who controlled him and Bankston a convenient scapegoat, once a mole had been suspected of being in the department.

In "Internal Affairs" Jenny knew Jeanne didn't see who killed him and saw right through her act, I believe that it was Jenny who killed him. That whole gun thing confused me. I think Kort admitted to having him killed at the end of Internal Affairs hmmmmmmmmm, still think it was Jenny though.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say about Ari being Hamas or not. He was batting for both sides. As for him being like Gibbs, I think Ari is kind-of the evil, illegitimate love-child of Gibbs and Ducky. If you remember, Ari was also very similar to Ducky. They both went to the same medical school, and they both knew all that weird random factoid information that Ducky likes to go into detail about, and Ari acted a lot like a charming gentleman (even though he was evil)
