My Tiva Story
Obviously I do not own NCIS so I am just borrowing the characters from CBS.
James Johnson is completely fake.
"C'mon Probie, get in the car already,"DiNozzo shouted at McGee,"We have an investigation to open."
"Gibbs said a Marine named Lt. James Johnson was found dead in his car this morning," Ziva said,"Gibbs said to meet him at the scene ASAP. He already called Ducky. I'll drive," she added, noticing that Tony had the keys.
"No Ziva," Tony said,"Our goal is to get there alive. I'm driving."
Ziva got into the passenger seat and didn't argue any more.
When the team got to the scene, Gibbs was waiting for them.
"About time," he said,"Ziva, photos, McGee process the car, DiNozzo, measurements. I'm going to talk to the sister. She's the one who found him."
Ziva went around snapping photos of everything while Tony took measurements and McGee looked through the car. Then Ducky finally arrived, arguing with Palmer.
"That's the second time you've gotten us lost this week, Mr. Palmer. Please, learn to tell your left and right apart."
"Ducky," Gibbs called," Hurry and do your inspection so we can get the body back home. Thank you."
"Looks like the COD is a single gunshot wound to the chest,"Ducky began,"He was most likely shot through the windsheild, as there is a bullet hole in it. Time of death is approximately 12 to 24 hours ago. I'll be able to tell you more when we get him back."
"OK. Thanks Duck. Tell me when you find something,"Gibbs said,"Tony and Ziva, go inside his house here and look around. McGee come with me."
Tony and Ziva went into the house.
"So, Tony, any plans this weekend? I heard you broke up with your girlfriend,"Ziva turned her back to Tony who was snapping photos of the living room.
"Yeah I did. She wanted to take our relationship 'a step further'. It was creeping me out."
"So, any plans?" Ziva asked nervously, hoping, praying,"If not, I was wondering if you'd like to..."
At that moment, Tony's phone rang.
"Hold on a minute," he said to Ziva. He answered his phone.
"Hello? Yeah Boss. Yeah, we're done here. Nothing interesting. OK. OK. See you soon, boss. On it. Bye."
"What did Gibbs want?" Ziva asked.
"He wants us to bring the computer back to Abby and then go interview Johnson's mother," Tony told her.
"OK. Let's go now," she said.
"Alright. But Ziva, what were you going to ask me?" Tony asked curiously.
"Oh, nothing. Forget it," Ziva replied.
"Well, OK," Tony said, still curious,"If you say so."
Chapter 2
"Gibbs, all the mother said was that Johnson didn't have any ememies," said Tony when he and Ziva got back from the interview,"She wasn't much help."
"Keep working. See who Johnson's CO was. McGee come with me. We'll go see what Abby found on Johnson's computer," Gibbs said.
As soon as Gibbs left, Tony cornered Ziva at her desk.
"I know you were going to ask me something back at the house," he said.
"It was nothing, Tony," Ziva sighed,"Can't you just forget about it?"
"For now," he replied,"But I'm gonna find out anyway. It would be easier if you would just tell me."
Ziva sighed again and watched Tony walk back to his desk. If only he knew how she felt, Ziva thought, maybe this wouldn't be so difficult. Ziva couldn't concentrate on work any more. She had to tell him. She got up slowly and headed to Tony's desk.
"Tony there is something I really need to tell you," she began.
"And it had better be about the case, Ziva," Gibbs said as he walked into the bullpen with McGee.
"Boss, Lt. Johnson's CO died yesterday in a car crash," Tony said.
"Have the body sent here," Gibbs said,"Then go talk to Johnson's friends. Someone has to know something. Take McGee with you."
"What about me?" Ziva asked.
"I need to talk to you,"Gibbs told her,"Alone."
Ziva followed Gibbs to the elevator. They went in and Gibbs flipped the stop switch.
"Ziva, there's something on your mind. I think I know what it's about, but it would be easier to hear it from you."
Ziva took a deep breath. She knew she could trust Gibbs.
"I don't know how to begin, Gibbs," she said nervously,"In Mossad, we were not trained to fall in love. The truth is, I am in love with Tony, but I do not know how he feels. I have been meaning to tell him the truth, but I am afraid of how he will react. This is hard, Gibbs. I am not used to telling people how I feel. I am not used to being afraid, either."
This was too much for Ziva. She broke down crying. Gibbs hugged her silently. He understood what she was feeling.
When Ziva calmed down a bit, Gibbs said,"You should tell Tony. Soon."
"I know," said Ziva, looking away. Gibbs started the elevator again.
"You know, Ziva," Gibbs said,"I wouldn't worry about Tony's reaction, if I were you."
With that, Gibbs took a drink of coffee and walked out of the elevator, leaving Ziva standing there smiling and slightly confused.

Hey! OMG I Luv the fan fiction sooooooooooo much, PLZ continue writing or anyone for that matter. I'm dying to find out what happens ( even though it is fan fiction! ) So can you (or anyone) plz hurry up and finish it.
Would love to see how it ends. Caitlin :)
