Rachel Good (NCIS costume supervisor and very lucky woman , because she works with NCIS actors everyday !)) said that they get letters in nearly every week from fans , that asked them where they can find the dress of NCIS cast . She said that she answer to those letters teeling the fans where they can find the dress (shops or online), so you can write her , for the next Halloween ! I think the address is the same of the cast , but you've to write her name , instead of an actor's name .
