Also, for all you Harmon chicks (myself included)---ET usually interviews someone fromt he NCIS cast before a new episode airs. They interviewed Mark Harmon last week, and they are going to give part 2 of that interview on tuesday---so be sure to watch. Maybe he'll give clues, but he's usually tight lipped. ET comes out at 7:30--right before NCIS.

I found that Gibbs being in Jenny's house is interesting, if she's in LA and something does happen to her (e.g. she dies) it could answer why he's there.

Looking at this; "We've had flashbacks to a relationship that Jenny and Gibbs had in Paris while they were working undercover," says executive producer Shane Brennan. "Now the secret past will come back to haunt them, leading to an emotionally devastating two-hour season finale. Source: TV Guide" Does suggest that it would be Jenny.

Another point that nobody seems to have noticed, is that on the official CBS site, there have been no videos to date of either Lauren Holly or David McCallum in the cast interrogation, and I'd say that's a pretty good clue that one of those two will not be with us next season. Obviously, one's a red herring - and nobody seems to have latched onto that yet.Personally, I'd put my money on Lauren Holly being out of the picture 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Obviously, one's a red herring - and nobody seems to have latched onto that yet.I did notice that. I think I mentioned it somewhere else. She's basically been unheard from. As for Jenny being too obvious, I seriously doubt the death has anything to do with the writers saying "hey, let's kill someone to up our ratings." It's probably the same situation as with Kate. The actor wants to leave. Plus, again, the latest scoop is that the death is not the biggest shock which is apparently going to happen at the very end of the finale. Because spoilers have said the team will investigate the death, the death cannot happen at the end. Do you find this valuable? |

I think there was just a gun fight in the building, it didn't blow up. Plus, after having Tony almost be blown up in the first episode, that would be a little cruel.

Ya know, I'm getting really tired of all the suspense regarding who's going to get killed. It's NOT you guys (us)-- the fans--it's the writers and producers. Why do they feel it necessary to kill off a favorite character? I keep thinking of the TV guide article where it said, "People are going to be shocked..." Is that it? They just want to shock us? Wasn't Kate's demise shocking enough? As unhappy as I was when they killed off Kate, they did a good job of introducing Ziva's character and they've been able to expand the storyline horizon with her. Okay, so they probably intend to do the same with whoever they're going to kill off next. But why do they have to 1.} have them murdered, and 2.} do it in a "shocking" way? Doesn't the show deal with enough shocking death already? Can you get any more creepy than serial killers? If it's the shock factor they're after, they can go eat a rock.

I'm sure the reason someone's leaving is probably because the actor wants to leave. That's what happened with Kate, and that's probably what's happening now.

What is the speculation about the two teenagers with the sniper rifle who are shown in the preview for the finale? (one black teenager sighting a target, one white teenager shoulder-to-shoulder). Speculation elsewhere was Jenny having had a child by Gibbs, gave it up, past comes back to haunt them...but time-line doesnt support the kid being old enough (which admittedly never stopped the writers before). As red herrings go, it is a fun one! Anyway, why are teenager shooters in the final plot? Also, someone phone-videoed location shooting of Tony/Ziva...Tony seems to be trying to persuade Ziva not to be worried because 'she is probably just...' : might suggest that they "lost" the Director (who has gone off the radar previously). A "casualty" for the team would be the same if someone dies or if they lose their job... The careful use of the word "loss" instead of "death" in some ep guides might be careful use of euphemistic flexi-language. Just thoughts.... Do you find this valuable? |

According to wikipedia episode info, the team has to deal with losing Tony - however, that again may well be just another rumour to set the cat among the pigeons, and confusing the public to get more audience on Tuesday

I am guessing that Jenny will die, as Shane Brennan said, the murder won't be the most shocking thing. But I think Tony or Ziva will quit NCIS because of their failure to protect Jenny.
