McGee's first episode as a full team member

So anyone know which episode McGee starts as a full team member? That would be great info to have on this page. Do you find this valuable?

Gibbs told McGee that he was promoted and a full team member at the end of "See No Evil" (2.01). :) Do you find this valuable?

No. He was a recurring character until the first episode of season 2. Do you find this valuable?
