"no, i don't think so. after jeanne, he really matured a lot, even if he didn't want to show it, ziva sees right through his childish act."
I think that Tony and Ziva could work really well and be an interestind plot if the writers wanted it to work. I don't think they would disappointed many people at all either with as many people that are TIVA fans.

I really hope they find at least try something interesting for this cupple!!! I think it could be great.

Watching the latest episode all that i can say is that Ziva looks very relaxed, like she accepts that there isn't any future for her and Tony. Tony seems to be more mature, more "human" , sensitive and he has also given up on Ziva. Something must shake them ... and that of course, is the appearance of those two very importand guys in Ziva's life... 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

"i think they belong together its only a matter of time until one of them gives in
did you see tony's reaction when that navy guy said ziva friended him on facebook and that he has seen her knife collection. tony immediately changed his attitude "
that was a good plot device. He was jumping out of his skin over that MArine and Ziva. He cares about her BIG time and it not just about the bedroom conquest.

"mewofford I agree 100%

Some people have said that a relationship would kill the ever-s-entertaining tension between them and could cause the show to "jump the shark" (not sure why it's called that but it means the beginning of the end of the show). It has happened to shows in the past. The main couple gets together and the story has no where to go... But I think given the challenges that would face our favorite couple I think the show would be enhanced.

Tony definitely does have issues with commitment and I'm not sure he even knows how to be in a mature relationship. We haven't seen Ziva in a relationship other than her interaction with Roy before he died and with Michael the guy from Recoil. I think that even though she loves Tony she will have a really hard time expressing that and living it out- she clearly has some trust issues maybe a fear of allowing people to get close.

I want to see them work those issues out together!!! But, it doesn't need to be the focus of the show, like you said, the B story. It would be so exciting and and a long story arc!!"
if we jump the shark. We can have some bad guy kill Tony & Ziva off at the same time and bring in two new people. No problem.

"I really don't think Tony and Ziva will work. He's just an overgrown frat boy at heart and she's much too mature for him. Besides, he needs to get over Jeanne and she needs to bet over her Lieutenant."
opposite attracts. And lets be honest. There NO way tony will cheat on his trained killer wife. Just what he needs in a wife

Haha, that indeed would be a bad idea :)

I was a little sad in South by Southwest to see hardly any Tiva moments. Hardly any Ziva/Tony interaction at all really. The "more Tonyish" comment was kinda funny.

What's the next one supposed to be about? I have to watch on DVR so it cuts of the 'scenes from next week'

Well, he might cheat with another trained killer lady. Tony must know where to find 'em by now.

My thought is if your fella screws around on you with another woman, he's the one who ought to face the punishment not the other woman.

In fact, best case scenario both women beat the crap out of him and then go have a mocha latter somewhere and talk bad about men in general for a couple of hours.

No way. If they killed off Tony and Ziva that would be like killing off the entire show! Tony and Ziva are two of the main characters and by far my fave. I would totally quit watching if they killed them off, but I really don't see how that could happen right now.

I think the "two" guys are one being Ziva's mystery guy and the other one being her father. I might be wrong but I haven't heard anything about any other guys that are coming back but those two.

I agree. I think it will definitely make Tony realize his feelings for Ziva but I don't know about Zivas feelings for Tony. Maybe she wants to see if he really cares for her and this is the only way to get his attention.

I think that there will be a lot left hanging between these two at the end of the season finally, but it doesn't look like things will heat up until then.

I don't think they'd fight over Tony. I think they'd gang up on him. And it couldn't happen to a more deserving person.

Yeah, killing them both would be overkill. The show would have killed off too many characters, and well, this is called NCIS not 'Grip Reaper of the navy Yard', so one character every three or so seasons, varying in importance, should be enough.

well you never know, look at CSI. Sarah, Warrick and Grissom all in what, two seasons? and its still a good show. but thats really hard to pull off...
