"My thought is if your fella screws around on you with another woman, he's the one who ought to face the punishment not the other woman.

In fact, best case scenario both women beat the crap out of him and then go have a mocha latter somewhere and talk bad about men in general for a couple of hours."
hahahahahahahahahahha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! even better! that would be hilarious!

"I agree. I think it will definitely make Tony realize his feelings for Ziva but I don't know about Zivas feelings for Tony. Maybe she wants to see if he really cares for her and this is the only way to get his attention.

I think that there will be a lot left hanging between these two at the end of the season finally, but it doesn't look like things will heat up until then. "
I hadn't thought of it that way. I'm just not sure Ziva would intentionally do that. I mean, I can see her doing something to test DiNozzo but I don't think she would use another guy to do it. That's just mean- if the other guy really cares for her and she doesn't feel the same way. Either way I can't wait to see what happens.

Ziva may be a trained killer, both devious and uncompromising, but I don't think she's underhanded and manipulative enough to use one man to get to another.

Yeah, I don't think Ziva would intentionally use another man just for that purpose, and I don't think Ziva would "use" anyone to begin with because shes just not that kind on person. But this guy could also be her cousin and might not be her boy friend at all, but I think that he will get Tony's attention how ever it turns out.

You know, I always thought that Ziva was a very nice person at heart, it's just that she's been raised to use whatever she's good at for killing and spying. Hopefully the coming-up-to-five years she's spent in USA without a mark are starting to change that.

I agree, cassierules, Ziva is at heart a loving and kind person with a strong sense of personal honor and duty. Only since her time in the US as a member of the team has the love and kindness been able to be revealed. It would all be destroyed if she went back to Israel as an assassin.

Every member of the team has contributed toward the revealing of the hidden Ziva but none more than Tony, I think, with his childish antics and love of movies and his ability to accept having a "crazy ninja chick" as a partner.

Hey guys! I just got this from a Yahoo! group that I am a part of:

"Here's an article from TV Guide. Someone posted it on another board I am on, and I thought that it might made ya'll feel just a little better. Sounds like this season may give us what we've all been waiting for!

Apparently there is a picture with this, but it was not posted on the board I was on. I can't wait to go to the store and see this picture.

Article name: LOVE, LUST OR BUST?

Caption on photo:
"When you build that much sexual tension, you gotta close the deal sooner rather than later," advises Stanger. (Patti Stanger, a matchmaker who commented on all the TV couples profiled).

HOW THEY MET
Snarky NCIS special agent Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) and then-new team member Ziva (Cote de Pablo) bantered about phone sex at the beginning of Season 3, and the teasing hasn't let up since. Well, until this season.

WHAT'S NEXT
Get ready for Must-TiVo Tiva! "If fans have been saying "We haven't seen enough of Tiva,' they're gonna get more than they bargained for in the last half-dozen episodes of the season," reveals executive producer Shane Brennan. "People will be shocked."

THE VERDICT
Sounds like lust to us? But, warns Stanger, "this coupling could be a one-or two-hit wonder. After all the banter, they might have over-baked the cake.""

I am excited to see what this means!!

It scares me!! I don't want to see Tiva crash and burn :( I would rather them keep up the banter than kill it.

Y'know what'd suck? A very Tiva last five minuites of the finale, then to end with a shot of them or an empty bullpen and leave us hanging. UGGH! I'd hate that!

But half-dozen? That's...6! SWEET!

omg I know!!!! With everything thats happened I am really starting to think that something with TIVA will be a big part of the finale. (and that will make for a looog summer). I hope sending Ziva back to Israel isn't part of it but I'm starting to wonder.

The comment that was made in an interview a while back that said that it could end badly for one of them also scares me. I could see it if it were part of the finale but I just hope it would not be the "bad" end to their relationship and then no more tiva.

Ok, I'm getting ahead of my self, but I can't WAIT to see what happens and I'm also glad that TIVA is coming back!!!

That's already been done though, with last season's finale, just like the death of a Major Character.

I'm definitely in the camp worried about what they mean by "tragic" in the recent Ausiello thing. If they eliminate all chances of a Tiva romance, I think I may have to exit the show since the Tony/Ziva banter almost romance is a large part of the reason I watch the show. Its absence is probably a big reason I've been so disappointed with season 6 (well, that and the regression of Tony's character). So, for me, its all going to hinge on this finale: destroy Tiva, kill or otherwise write off one of the characters, and I'm gone. :(

At least I've still got "Burn Notice."

I have read several time about the regression of Tony's character
Maybe something has to happen to make him grow up a little not competly just some would be nice. Start watching for clues as to what is going to happen according to another article posted by scarecrow.

I thought that was the point of the entire Benoit subplot, or his more mature mindset in "Agent Afloat." This season started out really well in that regard for me, but its just gone downhill as he got repressively less mature. Take that ridiculous trick he played on McGee with the online game (which I found kind of unbelievable in the first place; suddenly, Tony of all people is fooling Tim in regards to something computer related?) That was cruel.

I much prefer the "Agent Afloat" or "Bounce" version of the character instead of the "Deliverance" comedy relief type, and I suspect so would Ziva.

YMMV.
