Michael Weatherly tattoos??

In a photo of Michael Weatherly he has 2 tattoos on his right arm, but then in the show and rest of photo's he doesn't. Does anyone know why?? Do you find this valuable?

I think there's another thread on this somewhere- or on his Wiki... but I believe they were for another project he was working on and they wouldn't let him take them off.

I could be wrong. Do you find this valuable?

Depends how old the photo is...he has tattos in his new movie Charlie Valentine. Do you find this valuable?
