Maybe she sees ghosts and all next season McGee will haunt her lab. *FOOF!*Previously on NCIS...they replay bits about Rivkin from the last show. Poker game at the Sec Nav's house...they hear something outside...they call to an agent outside. Eek! Someone dead is smushed against the window as one of the poker players looks outside. They have an agent down! *opening credits* At the SecNav's, the NCIS team is waiting outside as the FBI takes over jurisdiction. Gibbs is inside dukiing it out with the FBI and ICE. Ducky shows up. Inside the house, SecNav says NCIS takes the lead, followed by the FBI and ICE (Agent Yates)...CIA can leave. Yates explains the security they had for the SecNav's poker game. Outside, Ducky and the team are investigating the scene. Yates arrives and says the dead agent was flailing when he died. Ducky says he was O2 deprived...strangled. That means someone penetrated ICE's security web. Inside, Fornell and Gibbs discuss the case, who was there and what went on. Gibbs says nothing happened inside where the heads of the 4 agencies were playing poker. Outside, they found a listening device which may have fallen out when the dead agent hit the window. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Yes, ICE Agent Yates crushed the bug under her heel...DOH!----------------------- *FOOF!* In Abby's lab, she goes on about the bug and complains about Yates crushing it to McGee. Abby notices the pot on the table from the photos isnt' right...analyzes the various hands of the players. In Vance's office, Gibbs and Fornell discuss the situation...Vance says he played with them all last time and cleaned them all out. LOL! Gibbs says Leon has a great poker face! ha ha ha! Tony, Ziva and Yates are outside the house analyzing evidence...footmarks on the grass...how did someone leave the grounds without leaving footprints. Tony seems to be coming onto Yates...what else is new! Ziva may have found the path out...up a tree and over the gate. McGee calls Ziva...LOL! Tony is peeved that McGee called her and not him. Below the tree Tony's phone has no reception. In autopsy, Ducky demonstrates on Fornell how the agent was killed. ROTFLOL! Gibbs tells Fornell how to react to the strangle hold. This is a funny scene! Agent Sherman had an underlying medical condition...the attack wasn't meant to be leathal, just debilitating. The intruder was only trying to plant a bug. In the elevator, Yates and Tony flirt....Ziva discusses the case again. She says they weren't really playing poker...it was a cover. They stop the elevator and demand the truth from Yates...it was an intelligence summit, but she didn't know the topic. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"Tony LOL! I loved his intro of Ducky.And what was with Abby's snarky little comment about the smashing of the bug sounding like "a Tony thing"? When has Tony or *any* of their team *ever* destroyed or compromised evidence. Sheesh! Sorry, that just seemed really odd. And I agree about the awesome intro. for Ducky. Ducky appeared to enjoy it.. *FOOF!*Gibbs and Fornell in the bullpen talking about the inteeligence summit...Gibbs reams Yates on what she didn't tell them...she has no right to withhold information. She asks if he's suggesting she's incompetent or if it's an inside job. McGee goes off to try to recreate the attack. Gibbs orders background checks on all the agents there. In Vance's office, Gibbs, Fornell, Vance and SecNav all sit and discuss the reason for the summit. SecNav says terrorists have been getting away with too much because the dept heads aren't talking to each other enough. It was meant to loosen lips, but Gibbs says NCIS wasn't represented...SecNav says he was there. Hmmmmmm! They talk about various guys on watch lists that are believed to be in DC...Abeen Tavel(sp?). In the bullpen, Tony and Ziva debrief Fornell about Abeen...Ziva gets a call...obviously personal...she says Michael. She leaves saying she'll be right back. In Abby's lab, she questions Yate's destruction of the bug...LOL! McGee looks on with a grin as Abby and Yates go toe to toe, threatening each other. Wooo! Yates wins round 1! They notice a car on a surveillence video circling SecNav's block...they get a license plate number and McGee recognizes it. In Vance's office, Gibbs confronts Vance on why HIS car was there! OOOOOOOOOO! Why was he cruiseing a secret meeting?! Vance says he was just trying to find out why he wasn't there...they were going to talk about him! Outside, Ziva and icky Rivkin meet at an outdoor cafe...I'm sorry, but they are just too stiff to really be in a relationship! Tony calls Ziva and orders her to get back...she tells Rivkin she has to leave and kisses (ick!) him goodbye. Ooooooooooo! Tony delivers a drink to Rivkin and sits down after Ziva leaves! SNEAKY! 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

*FOOF!*Tony talks to Rivkin about Ziva. Rivkin accuses Tony of trying to drive her away from him. Tony says they both know the relationship isn't "kosher". Tony tells Rivkin there's a flight out to Israel from Regan Natl tonight...NCIS wants him gone. Rivkin continues the charade saying Ziva has feelings for him. At the bullpen, Ziva arrives, confused. McGee, Yates, Fornell and Gibbs discuss the crime scene...what happened on the patio and in the backyard. the dead agent's path left an opening. Gibbs asks Ziva for the background info. Yates leaves to talk to her boss and McGee leaves for Abby's lab. Fornell and Gibbs take off too, leaving Ziva as she goes through Tony's desk! In Abby's lab, she explains how the bug works. McGee says she really doesn't need his help...Abby accuses him of flirting with Yates. LOL! Is Abby a wee bit jealous?! In the bullpen, Tony arrives...ooo, Ziva looks PISSED! Tony admits he saw Rivkin. Gibbs told him to leave, Tony told him to leave...now Tony says Ziva needs to tell him to leave. Yates shows up and interrupts the argument. In a conference room, Gibbs and Fornell are discussing something...Yates arrives. They tell her there were bad feelings on her team. Agent Sherman and her performance reviews...she was promoted earlier than him...he had senority. They say Sherman was a thorn in Yates' side, accusing her of his death. She reacts and denies it. She says he was out of postion and wasn't supposed to be on the patio...maybe because it was her op...to make her look bad. She says he didn't operate as part of the team. Abby calls...she had a link to the terrorist....Gibbs invites Yates along. At his house, they find Abeen Tavel's body...dead. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"does anyone else think the title is perhaps a clue? seper fidelis translates into "always faithful" so perhaps a play on Ziva's loyalty?"Faithful to whom? Israel? As she's already been in the sack with Michael, I can't imagine she's being faithful towards any feelings she has for Tony.... I don't like or see the chemistry with Ziva and Michael. "That's what the preview says. It says something like, "And one of them won't make it out alive" while flashing between pictures of Tony, Ziva, and Michael. I'm 99.9% sure it'll be Michael. I'm also 95% sure it'll be Tony that kills Michael. :P But there's still that 4% chance it'll be Ziva. And then there's that last 1% that says Gibbs or someone else kills Michael. "Considering the finale has Ziva, Gibbs and Tony in it and the only other person in the preview was Michael..... I lay odds on Michael. Do you find this valuable? |

*FOOF!*In autopsy, they found cyanide poisoning on Abeen's body...he committed suicide. Fornell, Gibbs and Vance discuss why...they were closing in on him and Abeen was afraid if he was caught, he'd be a liability to the terrorists, so he offed himself. vance thinks the case is closed. In the bullpen, Yates says bye and leaves...McGee escorts her out....he's flirting with her! Ziva gets up to leave angrily. Gibbs comes in and says Rule #11...when the job is done, walk away. Fornell says the case is closed, wrapped up with a nice little bow...he leaves. Gibbs asks Tony what's up...Gibbs already knows Rivkin is in town...also is bothered about his involvement with Ziva. Gibbs looks to Vance...hmmmmmmm! In Gibbs' basement, SecNav is there and brings a bottle of booze for him...interesting. Gibbs pours acouple of drinks for them. SecNav asks if it's safe to talk there...he questions Gibbs about digging dirt...is he trying to get closer to Vance. Gibbs shows him the file, says he's never opened it. SecNav opens it! He says he thot the shredded those papers! Gibbs asks him to tell him the whole story. In Abby's lab, Tony is working with her on Rivkin...they find an address...Ziva's! SecNav tells Gibbs he didn't omit Vance because he didn't trust him...they were discussing how to use him! SecNav says Gibbs isn't the only one looking out for NCIS. SecNav is going to be point man on a big op...with the Israeli's...with Ziva! Ewww! SecNav is soooooooooooo creepy!!! At Ziva's house, Tony's knocks and Rivkin answers...Ziva isn't there, but he asks Tony in anyway to wait for her. Rivkin accuses Tony of trying to make moves on Ziva. Tony tells Rivkin that he thinks Rivkin knows Abeen Tavel...he's suspicious of everyone. Abben's account was logged on from Ziva's apt at one time! Uh oh! 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
