I like Gibbs, but if I worked for him, there would times I would like to bust him in the mouth, for the way he talked to me. Do you find this valuable?

Busting people in the mouth is no better than what he does.
I would stand up to him a lot more...but in a nice sarcastic sort of way..and if he headslapped me for something I felt was really warranted, I would headslap him back, or even butt slap him - in a comical way - not straight away...when the time was right ... until he got my drift. Do you find this valuable?
