"I love McGee! He is a very mature person and definitely a favorite character. I like how he's grown since earlier seasons where he can't even get a sentence straight out withou stuttering in front of Gibbs (and that ever so memorable episode when he says "Stick it". LOL) I think it is because of his lack in confidence that he is an easy target for bullying and pranks but this season has shown him to stand up to Tony without being disrespectful. He knows his game and he's good at it."

I think they'll start a case and the victum/criminal will someone how be connected to Tony's dad's bussiness.
Also, I'm thinking along the lines of, maybe he had a side bussiness that probably wasn't exactly legal.And in the process of the case they find that out.
I mean, I can just see them working a case and the first ending scene will be McGee or Ziva saying they found a bussiness their vic/criminal was connected too and then pull it up on the plasma screen and it shows a picture of who runs it who is Tony's dad.
And either it shows the name/or Tony looks really shocked and Gibbs asks him if what's wrong and Tony says that it's his dad.
And then 'Phoof' all of them staring either at the screen or Tony in shock.
